Xiaomi has recently launched a new smartphone Mi CC9 Pro in the Chinese market . Along with this, the company has also launched Mi TV 5 Pro , Mi TV 5 Smart and Mi Smart Watch. The Mi Watch is the company’s first smartwatch and seeing its design, it is being speculated that it can compete with the Apple Watch. The Mi Watch is very similar to Apple Watch not only in terms of design but also in terms of features . The initial price of Mi Watch launched in the Chinese market is 1299 yuan i.e. around Rs 13,125.
Xiaomi Mi Watch is currently launched in China and the company has not given any information about its global launch at the moment. In China, the Mi Watch will be available in two variants. In this, variants available with rubber band can be priced at 1299 yuan i.e. around Rs 13,125 and premium edition available with stainless steel band can be purchased for 1999 yuan for around Rs 20,200.
Like the Apple Watch, the Mi Watch also has a bezel-less display. Apart from this, the digital crown is present in the right panel of the device and can be navigated through the watch UI. At the same time, it has a left-side single speaker and microphone. Apart from this, charging dock and heart rate monitor are provided in the bottom of the device. There is a 570 mAh battery for power backup which according to the company provides 36 hours of battery life. The device has GPS, Bluetooth, NFC and eSIM support.
Talking about other features of Xiaomi Mi Watch, it has a 1.78-inch AMOLED touch screen which is coated with Corning Gorilla 3. The device has been introduced on the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB eMMC. It works on Wear OS with wearable MIUI and is capable of supporting iOS platform with Android. The device features more than 40 apps, including calls, mail, alarms, messages, music, and more.
